 Author, academician and military strategist.  Holder of undergraduate degree and three Master’s, one of which came from the Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island.  Full Adjunct Professor of business graduate level courses for Webster University San Antonio, faculty staff for Texas A & M San Antonio and faculty staff for Palo Alto College, San Antonio.    President and CEO of N C Cabana Logistics LLC—a Texas corporation--specializing in education and training consulting services since 2009.  A community leader. Volunteered as San Antonio SCORE mentor and Vice Chair for several years for start-up business owners. One of the impetus for passing Public Law 114-265 in 2016  to recognize World War II Filipino and American Veterans who served under United States Army Forces in the Pacific, for United States Congressional Gold Medal Award.  Serves as Deputy Director for Region 7 (TX, OK, LA, NM and AR) for the Filipino Veterans Recognition & Education Project—a non-profit organization--committed to recognizing eligible WW II Filipino and American Veterans for the Congressional Gold Medal.  Retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with 34+ years of distinguished service in logistics field.

Currently leading a Fil-Am Community at the national level to Petition a US Navy Ship in honor of Petty Officer Second Class Telesforo Trinidad—a 1915 US Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient—a first!  Married to the former Geraldine Ensign of Wichita Falls, Texas, for 44+ years and is proud father of four children and grandfather of five grandchildren.
