Belle is a native of Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines where she graduated from culinary college in 2013. She immigrated to the US in 2014 and married Bud Stoker. Belle and Bud live in Schertz, TX where Belle is the owner of the BSB Adventure Channel. She is also the former Executive Chef/owner of Patriot Grill, LLC. Belle produces chef/culinary related social media videos and shares them on numerous platforms. Belle love to create new recipes in her spare time, focusing on Filipino and Mexi-Pino dishes. Belle is also heavily involved in her church activities at the Schertz United Methodist Church where she is a leader in the choir and is involved in charities sponsored by the church helping the community.

Belle was the helper in the kitchen as a young girl, inculcating a love and passion for cooking, and there was never a question that she would be a chef. She won 2nd place in the Adobo Throwdown 3.0 Professional Adobo help at the Schertz Civic Center in 2024.
